December Hoarder's Hop

Welcome to the December Craft Hoarders Anonymous Hop! You should be coming to my blog from Glenda Brooks blog. After visiting me, hop over to Donna Idlet's blog next! To start at the beginning of the hop, and for the full list of Bloggers, go to Gloria's Blog!

I created this rustic cabin Christmas card using the Winter Wonderland stamp set from FSJ to create the image within the polaroid frame and the hand stamped background paper.  I stamped the image and background paper with Oatmeal Cookie ink onto Butter Cream and Oatmeal Cookie cardstock respectively.  I distressed the image with the same Oatmeal Cookie ink.  I then added some color to the windows and trees with Lemon Drop and Fresh Forest inks.  I cute out all of my die cut pieces with Snapshot Frames Die set.  The ribbon and lace are from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I used Red Double Faced Satin ribbon and Chloe Natural Crochet Lace.  I added some Journey Glaze to the roof of the cabin and then sprinkled it with Journey Sparkle Dust.  I also added Journey Glaze to the Holly berries.

I hope you are enjoying the hop so far, and my card got you into the Christmas spirit a bit.  Please make sure to visit all of the other blogs on this hop and leave the talented ladies some love.  Have a wonderful day!

Your card has such a vintage/rustic feel to it! I see some pretty lace under there as well. The stamped image just says "home" to me!
